What should i expect?

When you arrive, you will stay in your car and line up in the car line. A volunteer will greet you and give you a food menu to be filled out. If it is your first time, an application and qualification guidelines will be given to you. Also, you will be asked for the number of your family members. Once you begin coming to the Food Pantry, each member of the family is provided with ten meals per week. However, on you first visit you will receive food, no matter what.

What do I need to bring?

  • Proof of residence

  • Proof of age

  • Either an annual renewal letter from any assistance program that you may be using or income documentation.

You are always welcome. We would like to see the above information, but it is not necessary on the first visit.

Our Mission

As an extension of the outreach ministries of the Christian churches in the Wolfeboro area, the mission and purpose of L.I.F.E. Ministries, Inc. is to share the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ by reaching out to operate a food pantry that will provide food to eligible people in quantities appropriate to the family size and nutritional requirements. LIFE Ministries serves the community by providing access to food security with dignity and respect. This effort is grounded in the words of Jesus: “Truly. I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.” (Matthew 25:40)
